Relaxation Group

    • 10-12 years
    • 14 - 17 years (Girls)


This group program is designed to teach young people about easy and effective relaxation techniques. These include:

  • Deep Breathing
  • Mindfulness
  • Diversional therapy
  • Enjoyable Activities
  • Coping Skills


This group is suitable for children or teens who might be struggling with anger issues, depression, anxiety or feeling generally stressed and overwhelmed. The group is designed to be a safe place where we can teach these strategies in a fun way.
